1. In the app (immediate)
- Open the app and go to the cfg tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
2. Without the app (email)
If you no longer have the app installed, email [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request". Accounts are anonymous, so please include your trainer number (shown as #XXXXXX in the app's cfg tab) if you know it; without it we may be unable to locate the account. Requests are processed within 30 days.
3. What is deleted
- Deleted: your account, its connection to your device, your nickname, in-app items and currencies, and their acquisition history.
- Kept in anonymised form: posts and comments you left on the community board remain, detached from you and shown without identifying information, so other people's conversations stay readable. Details in the Privacy Policy.
- Sessions for AI services you connected exist only on your device and disappear when the app is uninstalled.
계정 삭제
1. 앱에서 (즉시)
- 앱의 cfg 탭을 엽니다.
- 맨 아래 계정 삭제를 탭합니다.
- 확인하면 즉시 삭제되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
2. 앱 없이 (이메일)
앱을 이미 지웠다면 [email protected] 로 "계정 삭제 요청" 제목의 메일을 보내 주세요. 계정이 익명이라 트레이너 번호(cfg 탭의 #XXXXXX)를 알고 계시면 함께 적어 주세요 — 없으면 계정을 찾지 못할 수 있습니다. 요청은 30일 이내에 처리됩니다.
3. 무엇이 지워지나
- 삭제: 계정, 기기와의 연결, 닉네임, 앱 내 아이템·재화와 획득 이력.
- 익명 보존: 게시판에 남긴 글·댓글은 작성자와 분리된 익명 상태로 남습니다(다른 이용자의 대화 맥락 보존). 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침.
- 연결했던 AI 서비스 세션은 기기에만 존재하며 앱을 삭제하면 사라집니다.
