A service shows “Reconnect”
The login session expired on that service. Tap Reconnect and sign in again. Your other services are not affected.
Numbers look old
Pull down on the dashboard to refresh. Widgets refresh on a schedule set by your phone, so they can lag a little behind the app.
A number shows “—”
The service didn't return that value. We never show a guess as zero.
Remove everything
Disconnect each service in Settings, or delete the app. Your logins and usage data live only on your phone.
